Placed my order for cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. I had not heard from anyone in several days so I called back to confirm they received my order. They confirmed they received it and apologized for not following up due to being busy. No worries. We spent over 20 minutes on the phone reviewing the order, sending pictures, etc. I asked them when they would send me their invoice and they said it might take a few days because they were behind but all was good with my order. I never got any invoices. Went to pick up my order this morning and they said they never made it because I never paid the deposit. I was pretty livid because I had to scramble with a backup plan and go to heb for generic cupcakes. I used them once before and their cupcakes were amazing so I was pretty disappointed to experience this. I checked all my emails to include spam. I never got anything. They claimed they sent me something. So my warning, you might have to follow up several times and be more proactive in paying. The work is on the customer vs the business. They are slow to respond to online orders and they have serious glitches with their payment system.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! The ingredients are all top quality and everything is extremely fresh. Their presentations are always so beautiful, from custom cakes to standard cupcakes in their shelf. And to top off their incredible products, their customer service is beyond too notch. Carolina (sort I’m terrible with names) has been a completely job to work with and went out of here way to answer all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This is now my favorite and go-to bakery.

Hello Reviews: Me again, I had to use an old email for I didn't want to revise a last review but state how past & present that my orders are constant and even evolving unlike some places that gather base customers then get complacent or cut corners. Far from it with the Owners and Staff of Buttercream Bakery. Another year, another in Honoring Remembrance birthday cake for my mother. Vanilla cake, Buttercream frosting just how she loved cake. After seeing the past years Mothers Day variety presentations also one of the Valentine's options is the small cake with the 4 matching cupcakes (actual cake not your everyday cupcake style cupcakes but they don't do what what many think of when it comes to cupcakes, no cheap HEB/Walmart etc style cupcakes from this bakery - cake not skimp) also don't let it full you, there were 7 of us and we all had cake ... as Marie Antoinette never said but got credit for "Let Them Eat Cake" and we did. I was elated, I already knew what to expect taste wise: Decadent and the presentation was on point. I cannot say enough good things about this bakery! I went in with very little direction. Just a general camo/military theme for my son’s birthday, and they absolutely nailed it. The cupcakes came out better than I could have imagined. The creativity, attention to detail, and execution were incredible. Every cupcake was unique, perfectly on theme, and clearly made with care. You could tell they really took the time to bring the idea to life rather than just doing something generic. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted great too, which is just as important. My son and all of our guests loved them, and we received so many compliments. If you’re looking for a bakery that can take a simple idea and turn it into something truly special, this is the place. I will 100% be coming back for future celebrations!

The go-to Bakery no matter the occasion! I had order a cake to honor my mother's 70th birthday two months ago and it was so good I decided to custom order a small 2 person cake for a friend, anything bigger and my friend would think it was to much but it's a personal special occasion so wanted to show the acknowledgement. Now it's still in the packing, my friend is coming tomorrow. It's a Red Velvet Cake (which their red velvet cupcakes are awesome) with some raspberry filling (same as the awesome raspberry topped cupcakes) which made a gamble on how raspberry filling would go with Red Velvet cake with Butter Cream Icing but we both love their red velvet cupcakes and the raspberry topped cupcakes so why not try and find out. I requested a small simple cake with his name on, I did emphasize on simple for as mentioned he prefers low key and to not make a big deal out of things so being a personal date I couldn't let it just be lunch. So Buttercream Bakery came through again on exactly how I wanted it. Now to tare it tomorrow which I already know from being a frequent customer that is going to taste awesome and my friend will love it. Update: I was skeptical about the raspberry fi
